Marsha Greenstreet
An insurance agent, Marsha has served in many community leadership
positions, including President of Hillsboro Chamber of Commerece,
Hillsboro Lions Club, and Experience Jefferson County. She was
selected as a Woman of Achievement in the area of Community
Betterment for the St Louis ares in 1999. |

Mark is the Presiding Commissioner of Jefferson County. He has
a Master’s degree in Health Administration & Planning, and is
active in the Arnold Rotary and Twin City Kiwanis. |

The former Chief Juvenile Officer for Jefferson County, Betty
has been active in statewide committees relating to the Division
of Family Services, Juvenile Justice, and has been a COMTREA
board member since 1975. |
